If your country is not listed, this means we do not frequently ship to your location. However, do not worry. You can send us an email to info@solito.eu with your purchase request and client information so we can inform you your shipping costs via mail. Solito only ships on business days (Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays).Orders that are placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day

Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing. Orders shipped to NON-EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we can’t predict the extent of these costs, these are your responsibility. If you have any questions please contact us via mail: info@solito.eu

Returns

Of course we hope you love your Solito. But if for any reason you wish to return a product from your order, you have 14 days after receiving your product(s) to return the goods. Please note that the product(s) have to be returned in the same state as we delivered them. Unused, undamaged, hangtag has to be on the product, all extra items as (organza bag etc.) have to be in the box. Please send all items back in the same box or bag as you received.If these are damaged, please make sure to let us know and pack everything back in an appropriate box for your return to make sure that the products cannot be damaged I transit. Please make sure to arrange a return shipment with a courier of your choice (reliable of course). We apologize, return shipping cost are nonrefundable.

Return Conditions

To return your product(s), please follow next steps: 1. Before returning your product(s), please email us at info@solito.eu within 14 days after delivery to inform us which product(s) you would like to return. In this email we need the following information: order number, product(s) you would like to return, reason of return, phone number, email address and delivery address. 2. Please place the product(s) you wish to return, into the shipping box. The product(s) you wish to return must be:
  • Undamaged and in new condition
  • The Solito brand label still attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Complete with all extra items such as: organza bag, Solito bag and in case of a promotion all extra items as well
  • Included with the “packing list”.
 3. From this moment you have an additional 14 days to organize a return shipment to us using a courier of your choice. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit, which is why we recommend using an insured delivery method with “tracking information”4. Address your return package to : Anthonis de Jonghestraat 299100 Sint-NiklaasBelgium Please make sure to write SOLITO and ORDER NUMBER on the box.So our logistics center can find your return faster. 5. After we have received your returned product(s), we will process your return request as soon as possible. If all aforementioned conditions are met, we will gladly refund the total purchase price to the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving your return. Unfortunately, return shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Rejected Returns

It is your responsibility to ensure that your return meets the above requirements. If a return is received and not approved through quality control, we will contact you immediately and provide more details as to the rejection. You will be given the option to pay for the goods to be returned to you or for the goods to be destroyed, as they are not fit for re-sale. In the case where you choose for the goods to be destroyed OR if we do not receive a response for resolution within 10 days, the goods will be donated for educational purposes to various schools, educating our young fashion-design generation.
